TERM & CONDITION

Single J0urNey Travel Co., Ltd.
Effective as of May 1, 2025

By booking a service with Single J0urNey Travel ("we", "our", or "the Company"), you ("you", "client", or "guest") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming any tour or service.

1. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only when a deposit or full payment is received.

• Full payment must be completed by the due date specified in your invoice.

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

• Booking on behalf of others confirms that you have the authority to accept these terms for all participants.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by Client:

  • 7+ days before tour date: Full refund (minus processing fees)

  • 3–6 days before tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund

• Cancellation by Single J0urNey Travel:

  • We reserve the right to cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

  • A full refund or tour rescheduling will be offered.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Amendments & Changes

• Requests to amend bookings (dates, participants, etc.) must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance.

• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Tour inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated in the service description.

• Unless otherwise noted, the following are not included: personal expenses, travel insurance, tips, and optional activities.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.

• The Company is not responsible for loss, injury, accident, illness, or theft occurring during your travel.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or mobility issues before the tour.

• Guests are responsible for personal health precautions and medications.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.

7. No-Show & Late Arrival

• Guests must arrive at the meeting point on time.

• A no-show or late arrival (over 15 minutes without notice) will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

8. Conduct & Behavior

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the guide, fellow travelers, and local communities.

• Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Responsibility & Liability

• Single J0urNey Travel acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport). We are not liable for their actions, delays, or service failures.

• We are not responsible for losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather, natural disasters, or government actions.

• Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

10. Photos & Media

• During tours, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts of law.
